Aurevia Scents is a Lahore-based fragrance brand offering perfumes, tester boxes and related products to customers across Pakistan.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Aurevia Scents”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Aurevia Scents. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently.

Customers under 18 may use the website or make a purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • You are purchasing the products for personal use.

  • You will comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, commercial resale or misuse of the website.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, ingredients, sizes, packaging and images.

However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography or screen settings.

  • Packaging may be updated without prior notice.

  • Minor variations that do not affect the product’s identity or quality may occur.

  • Fragrance performance may vary according to skin chemistry, weather, application and personal perception.

  • Product images are provided for presentation and identification purposes.

A fragrance lasting differently on different customers does not automatically mean that the product is defective.

4. Perfume Use and Safety

Customers should review any ingredients, usage information and warnings provided with the product.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes and keep perfumes away from children, flames, heat and direct sunlight. Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

Aurevia Scents will not be responsible for harm caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorised alteration or use contrary to the instructions provided with the product.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Product prices may change without prior notice. However, a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

Shipping charges, discounts and any applicable additional costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or administrative error, we may cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:

  • Contact you to offer an alternative;

  • Place the order on hold with your approval; or

  • Cancel the unavailable item and issue any applicable refund.

After placing an order, you may receive an order-confirmation email or message. This confirms that we have received your order but does not always mean that it has been accepted or dispatched.

An order may be subject to telephone or WhatsApp confirmation, particularly for Cash on Delivery purchases.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

  • An incomplete or unreachable delivery address;

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or website errors;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;

  • Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels; or

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be arranged.

Customers may use the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available options may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, mobile-wallet payments or online payment methods.

Payment availability may vary according to location, order value or operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Aurevia Scents does not accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect account details, failed payments or third-party payment providers.

9. Cash on Delivery

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must provide a valid name, telephone number and complete delivery address.

The customer or an authorised recipient should be available to receive and pay for the parcel.

We may contact customers to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Repeated refusal of confirmed parcels may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders.

10. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver orders according to our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays, remote locations, security conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because the address or contact information supplied by the customer was incorrect.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Perfumes are personal-use products. Products that have been opened, sprayed, used or had their original seal removed may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, safety and quality-control requirements.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect products should be reported within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, together with photographs and other requested evidence.

12. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. The applicable return conditions will then apply after delivery.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation unless our team confirms it.

13. Tester Boxes and Samples

Tester boxes and fragrance samples are intended to help customers experience different scents before purchasing a full-size perfume.

Once a tester box or sample has been opened or used, it cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

The presentation, arrangement or fragrance selection of a tester box may vary when clearly mentioned on the relevant product page.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers:

  • Are valid only during the stated promotional period;

  • May be limited to selected products or customers;

  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted;

  • May be subject to minimum-order requirements; and

  • May be withdrawn in cases of error, misuse or suspected fraud.

The Aurevia Scents name, logo, product names, label designs, photographs, graphics, text, website design and other original material are owned by or licensed to Aurevia Scents.
